Maa Chehar Foods & Beverages is located at Post Neswad, right near the Sita Ram Cold Store in the Bhavnagar district. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities. Being close to the cold store is handy for us when we have a lot of stock to manage. We handle both food items and various drinks. Most of our workers come from the nearby villages, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. The building is a simple structure with a tin roof that can get quite loud when it rains. We spend our mornings prepping the ingredients and our afternoons doing the packing. It’s a lot of work, and there’s always something that needs cleaning. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. Most people just know us by word of mouth. The roads can get pretty muddy during the monsoon, which makes things a bit tricky, but we manage to keep things going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bhavnagar. We just want to provide decent products and keep our workers busy. It’s a simple, practical way of living and working. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about anything else. It's just us out here in Neswad, doing our regular work every day.
