We don't have any fancy signs or expensive lighting inside. It’s just us and our equipment. The windows look out onto the street, so we get to see a lot of what’s happening outside. It can be quite a distraction sometimes, but it’s better than being in a basement. We like being accessible. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing tricks. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are. Working on Waghawadi Road has its ups and downs, mostly depending on the traffic, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Madhav Darshan is a solid building and it has served us well. We keep things pretty casual here. There is usually a pot of tea going and some papers scattered on the table. It’s a real place where real work happens every day. We just try to stay on top of things and keep moving forward. It feels like a good spot to spend the day. Nothing fancy, just us here working.
