Kalthia Priyheer Infrastructure is based in Bhavnagar. Our office is right across from Vithalwadi, over in the Udhyognagar area. If you know where the White Rose Hotel is, we are just a stone’s throw from there in Village Bhavanar. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of noise from the road and people moving about all day. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, just handling the usual infrastructure work that comes our way. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our papers and meet the crew. Some days the dust from the nearby industrial area gets in, but we just get on with it. We mostly deal with local projects around Gujarat. Usually, mornings start with some tea and a look at the site plans. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the trucks are where they need to be and the materials arrive on time. It can be quite a headache when things get delayed, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just try to get the jobs done. The weather here in Bhavnagar can get really hot during the summer, so we try to do the heavy work early in the morning before the sun really starts beating down on the sites. It's just a regular local operation, nothing more to it than that.
