Our spot is up on the 3rd floor of the Business Center on Ghogha Road in Bhavnagar. You can find us near Shivaji Circle, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of town. Being a developer means we are often out looking at land or visiting construction sites, but this office is where all the planning happens. It’s a simple space. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. There’s usually a map of some project pinned to the wall and a few stacks of bricks or tile samples in the corner. Developing property is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned with the weather or the laborers. We just try to deal with things as they come up. We've been operating out of this Business Center for a good while. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we have a few fans going. We mostly talk to families who are looking for a place to stay or people wanting to start a small shop. It’s a local business and we know the streets of Bhavnagar quite well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people who use them. It's practical work and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
