We operate out of room 203 in the Sangath building over here in Shilpinagar. It's a quiet enough area in Kalanala, though the traffic can get a bit much during rush hour. The name Onion always gets a few looks, but it's what we called it from the start. We spend most of our time at our desks. There’s a lot of paperwork usually piled up, and the phone rings more than I’d like. It’s a modest setup. We have some old chairs that we probably should have replaced last year, but they still hold up okay. The Sangath building is easy to find if you know the Kalanala landmarks. We’ve been in this specific spot for a bit now. There isn’t much for decor, just the essentials needed to keep things moving. We don't do much in the way of fancy meetings. Mostly, it's just us coordinating with people over the phone or via email. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors sometimes. It gets warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We usually have a fan going. It’s a simple life here. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing too complicated. We know the tea stall guy downstairs pretty well. He brings up a few cups in the afternoon which helps us get through the late-day slump. It’s just how we run things in Shilpinagar.
