Ides Consulting Uk is a bit of a mixed setup. We have one foot in Bhavnagar at 153 Shikshak Society and the other over in the UK at 144 Corporation Road in Cardiff. It sounds complicated having offices so far apart, but it’s just how things ended up for us. In Cardiff, the weather is usually grey, while back in Gujarat, it’s a whole different story. We spend a lot of time on calls and emails back and forth. The Cardiff spot is on a busy road, and we see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. In Bhavnagar, it’s a bit more of a local feel in the society. We do consulting, which basically means we answer a lot of questions and help sort out problems for businesses. There isn't a huge team of us, just some regular people who know their way around the paperwork and rules. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most days we are just busy at our desks trying to keep everything moving between the two locations. Sometimes the time difference makes things a bit tricky, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to be honest and get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
