Ice Zone Event Management

Our office is in the Earth Aron building in Bhavnagar. We are located near Rupani Circle, which is a pretty familiar landmark for anyone living around here. Ice Zone Event Management has been part of the local scene for a good while. We don't have a fancy setup with a bunch of secretaries. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the desk handling the bookings. The office is simple and practical. We have some photos of old events on the walls, mostly to remind ourselves of what we’ve done. Bhavnagar is a smaller city compared to Ahmedabad, so everyone kind of knows everyone else. We like it that way. Most of our work comes from neighbors and local families who need help with a function. Near Rupani Circle, it’s always easy to grab a quick snack or meet someone for a chat. We handle the logistics of events, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone and checking lists. It’s a lot of manual work too, loading trucks and setting up stages. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury brand. We just want to do a solid job so people are happy with their event. It’s a small business, and we take it one day at a time. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or a vendor is late, but we just deal with it and move on.
