Hotel Inder Residancy

We are based out of Shivranjani App, specifically Flat No 102 on Deri Road. This is in the Devubaug area of Bhavnagar in Gujarat. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment building rather than a big standalone hotel structure. This is where we handle the operations and the desk for Hotel Inder Residancy. Bhavnagar is a bit quieter than Ahmedabad, but Deri Road still sees a lot of movement from local residents. The flat is our main office space. We have some desks and a lot of files and registers piled up on the shelves. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate headquarters. We’ve got a small balcony that looks out over the street below. Sometimes we sit out there with a cup of tea when things are slow in the afternoon. Dealing with the paperwork for the hotel takes up most of our time. We’ve been in this flat for several years now. The neighbors in the apartment building know us, and we know most of them. It’s a local way of doing things. We don't have a big lobby or a doorman in a uniform. You just come to the apartment and ring the doorbell. We usually have the radio playing some songs in the background while we work on guest bookings. It’s a simple, practical setup for us. We like being in Devubaug because it's a familiar neighborhood for the staff. Everything we need is just a short walk away.
