Our shop is right on Railway Station Road in Sutarwad. We are directly opposite the Lati Fuvara, which is that fountain everyone uses as a landmark. It’s a very lively spot because of the station being so close. There is a constant stream of people walking by, and you can hear the trains blowing their whistles at all hours. We’ve been in this part of Sutarwad for a long time. The front of our shop is usually filled with whatever we are working on at the moment. It might be a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. People often stop by just because they saw us while walking to the train. We do sales and we handle the repairs too. It is a lot of hands-on work. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from over the years. We don't mind it much. It shows we’ve been busy. There is a small desk in the corner where we handle the bills, but mostly we are standing up and moving around. It gets quite dusty with the road right there, so we have to wipe things down pretty often. It’s not a quiet place, but it has a lot of energy. We like being in the middle of all that activity. It makes the day go by faster when there is always something happening right outside the door. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings.
