Jafins Enterprise

Jafins Enterprise is tucked away on Bazir Wali Street. If you know where the Bharton Library is on Diwanpara Road, then you are pretty much there. It’s a narrow street, so we usually have to park the bikes a bit further down. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we keep a lot of stock inside. We deal with all sorts of things, whatever the local market seems to need at the time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone related to someone else hanging around. The tea guy comes by every hour, which is good because we drink a lot of it. We have some old wooden shelves that have been here since the start. They sag a bit under the weight of the boxes, but they hold up. The lighting isn't great, but we know our way around the piles of goods. Sometimes customers just come in to chat for a bit before buying anything. We don't mind. Diwanpara Road is always lively, and being near the library means there are always people walking past. We just open the shutters in the morning and see what the day brings. It’s a simple life running a small business like this. We do our best to keep the customers happy without making a big fuss.
