Computer Operator

My workspace is located on Dhavdimatas Street, right by Bethela Pool and near the Jakatnaka area. If you’re coming from Ghogha Road in Bhavnagar, you’ve probably passed by my spot plenty of times. I’ve been working as a computer operator here for a good while, and I’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a small, practical space. I don’t have any big signs or fancy lighting—just my computer, a printer that sometimes acts up, and a steady supply of paper. Most of my day is spent typing up documents or helping people navigate websites they find confusing. It’s a one-person show, so if I’m busy, people just have to wait a few minutes on the bench outside. I try to keep the noise from the street out, but the sounds of Bhavnagar always find a way in. I don’t have some big corporate plan or a fancy office. I just do the work as it comes in. My desk is a bit scratched up and there are always a few loose cables around, but it’s my space and I know how it all works. Sometimes I have to stop and fix a paper jam or restart the router, but that’s just part of the daily routine. I like the independence of running things myself. People around here know me as the guy who can help with their digital chores, and that suits me just fine.
