Apple Soda

Apple Soda is located at Plot No. 9 on Bhavnagar Road in Botad. We are quite close to the Swami Narayan Temple, so we get a lot of people coming in after they finish their prayers. It is a good spot because Bhavnagar Road stays quite busy with people traveling back and forth. Making soda is what we do here, and we have been at it for some time now. The machines make a lot of noise, but it is a sound we have grown to like. We keep the place open for most of the day, usually starting early when the air is still a bit cool. Botad can get really hot, so a cold soda is what most people are looking for when they step inside. We do not have any big signs or fancy lights, just the name on the front and the bottles lined up. Sometimes we run out of a certain flavor and have to wait for more supplies to come in, which happens. The floor is usually a bit wet from the ice and the cleaning, but that is just how it is in a soda shop. We know the neighbors and the people who work in the nearby shops. It is a friendly enough place. We spend our time checking the carbonation and making sure the crates are stacked properly. It isn't a complicated life, just keeping the bottles cold and the customers served. Sometimes we just sit on the steps when it is quiet.
