Our office is located at G-14 in the Aristo Complex on Waghawadi Road here in Bhavnagar. We work with dehydrated vegetables, which basically means we take fresh produce and dry it out so it lasts longer. It’s a process that takes a lot of time and space. While the office is in the complex, most of the real work happens where the vegetables are sorted and dried. Bhavnagar is a good place for this because we can get fresh produce from the surrounding farms. We are a small group of people who have been doing this for a while. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or have big meetings. Usually, we are just talking to suppliers or checking on the latest batch of onions or garlic. Waghawadi Road is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We don't do much advertising; our work usually speaks for itself when people see the quality of the dried vegetables. It’s not the most exciting business, but it’s practical and people need what we make. Sometimes the drying process doesn't go perfectly if the weather is too humid, and we have to adjust things on the fly. It’s just us trying to do a good job with what we have. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local company in Bhavnagar making sure the work gets done right every day. We hope to stay in this complex for many more years.
