Youth On Mission Foundation

We are located at S-39 in the Hexzone Arcade on Valia Road. We are in the GIDC area of Ankleshwar, right near the Jayaben Modi Hospital. It is a very industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of activity and the sound of trucks moving around. Youth On Mission Foundation is run out of this small unit. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for what we need. Bharuch can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we really rely on the fans we have in the office. We spend our days mostly on our computers or trying to organize local events and projects. There is a lot of logistics involved in what we do. We don't have a big budget for fancy furniture, so we just use the desks and chairs we have had since the beginning. They work just fine. We like being in the arcade because there are lots of other small businesses around. You see the same people every day and it feels like a little community of workers. We are just trying to keep things running as smoothly as possible. There is always a long list of things to do, but we take it one day at a time. We are not some big, distant organization. We are right here in Ankleshwar, working out of a simple arcade unit. We just show up, do the work, and hope it makes a difference to someone.
