Working in the Fort Parsiwad area gives you a different perspective on Bharuch. H Street is narrow and lined with old buildings, and we are right in the middle of it. This Tata Consultancy Services office isn't like the ones you see on the news with the glass walls and gyms. It’s a sturdy, older building that has seen a lot of history in this part of town. Inside, we have our rows of computers and the usual hum of cooling fans. It’s a bit crowded when the full team is in for a meeting, but we like the energy of the place. The street outside is full of local shops and people selling snacks. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We have a small room in the back for breaks, but most of us just go out for a walk to clear our heads near the fort. The 392001 area is the heart of the old city. We handle the consulting work as best as we can with the tools we have. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but we’ve learned to be patient with it. It’s an honest place to work. We don't have fancy titles on the doors, just names taped to the cubicles. It feels like a small family working together. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up during busy weeks.
