Raj Palmland Hospital is located in Falshruti Nagar in Bharuch. We are right there at the Hotel Palmland spot, which everyone in town seems to know. Yasin Yusuf Tailor is the name on some of our documents because of how the place was set up originally. It’s a local hospital, and the atmosphere reflects that. We aren't part of some massive chain with offices in Delhi or Mumbai. We are just here in Bharuch. The building stays busy because people know where we are. Often, you’ll see families sitting outside under the trees when the weather allows. Inside, the tile floors are old but we keep them scrubbed. The staff mostly speaks the local language and knows the neighbors. It’s not the kind of place where you get lost in giant hallways or need a map to find the exit. It’s fairly straightforward. We have the usual hospital sounds—beeping machines and people talking in the corridors. We spend a lot of our time making sure the beds are clean and the equipment is working properly. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there's a steady stream of folks coming in. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on the medical work right here on the ground. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet all day, but we are used to the pace of Falshruti Nagar by now. Everything is just practical.
