We are located out in the Karodia area, specifically in Khodiyar Nagar. Our post office is Bajwa, and we are in the Vadodara district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we are right where the local community needs us. The hospital stays quite busy. People come in from the nearby villages and the surrounding industrial zones. It’s a lot of hard work keeping everything running smoothly 24 hours a day. The building is a decent size, but we are always looking for more space for beds. We have a small parking area out front that usually stays full of motorcycles and ambulances. Inside, it smells like disinfectant and floor cleaner most of the time. We try to keep the waiting area as comfortable as we can, though it gets crowded during the morning hours. The staff here are mostly locals from Bajwa and Karodia. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood since we first opened our doors. There are more shops now and the roads are better than they used to be. It’s a practical place, focused on getting people back on their feet. We don’t have much time for anything other than patient care and keeping the equipment working. It’s a tiring job, but we are used to the rhythm of the hospital now. We just do what we can every day for the patients.
