Mict

You can find the Mict office over in Bharuch at A 49 Neelam Nagar. We are tucked away behind the Ashirwad Society on Nandelav Road. It is a pretty quiet part of town compared to the main highway. The office is basically a house that we converted into a workspace. It gives it a very different feel than a standard office block. We have the kitchen in the back where we make tea, and the main rooms are where the computers are. The address is 392001, and we’ve been here for a while. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the open roads, so we are always sweeping the front step. The building is painted a simple color and doesn't have any huge signs. We like it this way because it’s peaceful. Inside, there isn't any fancy decor or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to stay productive. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing cricket outside, and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a very local, human way to work. We don't have big meetings or corporate policies that nobody follows. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen next. It’s a straightforward setup on Nandelav Road. We focus on our daily tasks and try to stay cool when the Bharuch summer gets really intense. It is just a regular place for regular people.
