Our place is in Makeri Falia, right near the Vateshwar Mahadev temple in Navadera, Bharuch. Being a franchisee for ICICI Bank means we are a busy little spot in the neighborhood. People come in all day for their basic banking needs. They might want to deposit something or ask about an account. Because we are near the temple, there is always a bit of a crowd nearby, especially on certain days. The office is small but we keep it organized. We have a couple of counters and a small waiting area that is usually full. We know many of our customers by their first names because they live just a few streets away. We don't have any big marketing slogans on the walls. It is just the bank's posters and our daily ledger.
