You can find us over at 79 Patel Khadaki in Manjol village, which is part of the Amod taluka in Bharuch. It’s a very typical village setting. We aren’t located in some big industrial zone or a fancy city office with a sign out front. We are right in the middle of the village where the farmers actually live and work. This company was started by us because we wanted to have more control over how our crops are sold and handled. Amod is a good area for growing things, but it certainly has its own set of problems. We spend most of our time at the Patel Khadaki spot just talking through whatever issues come up that day. It isn't a formal environment at all. You might see someone fixing a bike or a tool while we are discussing the prices for the season. We don't have any mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just have a group of people who want to work hard and get a fair price for their labor. We are very much a local operation through and through. Most of the people involved are neighbors or have known each other since they were kids. It makes things simple in some ways, but it’s always honest. We don’t use much technology besides the basics to keep our simple records straight. It’s a practical way of living. We are just regular people from Manjol trying to make a living.
