Ipcl Ril

We are based out of the Allahabad Division area, specifically near the Additional Director’s Office for Medical Health and Family Welfare. The address is 4, S, Allahabad-211001. It’s a busy part of the city because of all the government offices around here. Ipcl Ril is what we are called. Our office space is pretty basic. We have a lot of paperwork coming through, so there are stacks of files almost everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, with all the rickshaws and people moving about. We’ve become part of the daily rhythm of this neighborhood. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. Most of us just bring a tiffin from home and eat at our desks. It’s a very grounded way of working. People often stop by thinking we are part of the health department because of the neighboring offices, and we have to point them the right way. It’s just one of those things that happens when you’re in a hub like this. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s a no-frills environment where the work is the main thing. We’ve been at this address for a long time and don't plan on moving.
