We are located at B 4 48 Ipcl Saraswati Township. This is in Village Vadadala, near Ta Vagra, Po Dahej 392130. Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited is based here. Being in the township means we are surrounded by a lot of other people who work nearby. It’s a bit of a quiet area, away from the big cities. The office is a simple room with a few desks and some old computers. We don't have much in the way of decoration. It’s just a place to get the work done. The air out here can be quite dusty because of all the industry in Dahej. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean. Work involves a lot of checking lists and writing things down. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or have big meetings. We just talk over tea and figure out what needs to be done. The village of Vadadala is small, so there isn't much to do after work. We mostly just finish our tasks and head home. It’s a straightforward life out here. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a dedicated group of people working for the company in this corner of Gujarat.
