We operate out of Plot No. 148-10. It’s a decent-sized space but it fills up fast when we have a lot of stuff moving through. Surat Goods Transport Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in how things get moved from one place to another. Mostly, it’s just about logistics and making sure things don't get lost or broken along the way. The office is small, just enough room for a couple of desks and the logs. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking on where drivers are or why a load is running late. That’s just the nature of transport work. Things happen on the road that you can’t predict. Traffic jams, flat tires, or even just bad weather can mess up the whole schedule. We try to keep a cool head about it. It doesn’t help anyone to get stressed out when a truck is stuck somewhere. The guys here have been doing this a long time, so they don’t get rattled easily. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s a working yard. Most of the time, there’s a lot of shouting and engines idling, which can be a bit much if you aren't used to it. But we like the pace. It keeps the day moving fast.
