If you’re looking for us, we’re located with Bhagirath Sharma over in Panchayat Sirod. It’s in the Kapwas district, so it’s a bit of a different pace than the big cities like Jaipur or Jodhpur. Being in a panchayat area means we’re very close to the people we work for. It’s a small community and everyone knows who is doing what. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or elevators. Our setup is much more practical and rooted in the local village life. We handle construction tasks for the folks around here and in the neighboring areas. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or the materials take a bit longer to arrive because we’re a bit out of the way, but we manage. We don't have a website or a marketing person telling us what to say. We just talk to our neighbors and get the work done. The business is run by real people who live right here in the district. We don't use fancy language or try to pretend we’re something we’re not. It’s just Upman Construction, a local name for local building needs. We like the quiet of Sirod and the fact that we can see the results of our work every time we drive through the village. It’s a good way to live and work. We have been here for years now.
