Prem Engineering & Services

We operate Prem Engineering & Services from No. 20 in the Sublana area of Kaman. It’s mostly an industrial and workshop zone, so there are always sounds of machines running and trucks moving around. Our place is a mix of a workshop and a small front office. Most of our time is spent in the back where the actual engineering work happens. It’s a dusty place with the smell of oil and metal in the air. We have various machines for cutting and welding, and they take up a lot of the space. The front office is just a simple room where we keep our bills and talk to anyone who comes by. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of big ceiling fans that hum all day. It gets very hot in the summer, but we are used to it by now. We usually start our day very early to beat the heat. Most of our customers are local people who need things repaired or custom parts made for their equipment. We don't have a website or a sales team. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes we are very busy and have to work late into the evening. There’s a small tea shop around the corner that brings us tea twice a day. It’s a basic, functional setup where we focus on being practical and getting the repairs done so people can get back to their own work.
