Our business, Rbachat Technology Private Limited, is located out in Village Ballupura. It’s in the Santha post area within Mahwa tehsil. Working from a village is a bit different than being in a big city office building, but we like the pace here. We handle technology work from our small office space, which is basically just a room set up with what we need to stay connected. It’s a practical environment where we don't worry much about how things look. We care more about whether the work is getting finished on time. Most of our neighbors are doing regular village work, while we are inside working on computers. It is a bit of a contrast, but it works for us. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen next. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or find another way to stay productive. It isn't always easy, but it is what we do. We focus on technology because that’s what we know best. Our days are filled with solving small problems and slowly building up our projects. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on doing our job and staying here in Ballupura. It is a simple life for us, doing the tech work we know.
