Our office is at H. No. 391 on Bhandara Road, right in the Itwari area. Winwin Software And Games Private is a bit of an unusual place for this neighborhood, which is mostly known for traditional markets. Inside, however, we are busy making software and developing games. It’s a lot of coding and testing, then testing some more when things inevitably break. The team is quite young, and we often spend way too much time debating how a game character should move or why a piece of software is lagging. Bhandara Road is always buzzing with activity, and it’s a sharp contrast to the quiet focus we need for our work. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just desks, comfortable chairs, and a lot of monitors. We aren't some big international studio; we’re just a group of people in Nagpur who like making things. Sometimes we get stuck on a bug for three days and everyone gets a bit grumpy, but we usually figure it out eventually. We don't really talk about our vision or anything like that. We just want to make games that people enjoy playing and software that actually does what it’s supposed to do. It’s hard work, but we wouldn’t want to be doing anything else right now.
