Sunflag Iron & Steel

Our office is situated in Gurukunj Colony, which is part of Vidyanagar in the Bhandara area. It is a decent enough neighborhood to work in, away from some of the heavier noise of the main industrial zones. We deal with iron and steel, which usually means a lot of technical talk and logistics planning throughout the week. The building we are in is a regular one, and we share the area with other local families and small businesses. Inside, the walls are covered with calendars and some old maps of the region. We aren't big on decoration or making things look fancy for visitors. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks, making sure the orders for the steel are processed correctly and the paperwork is filed. We have a routine that starts with checking the overnight messages and ends with making sure the gate is locked up tight at night. Bhandara is home for most of us, so we feel a strong connection to the town. We don’t have a big corporate culture; it is more like a group of friends and neighbors working together. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when things go wrong, just to keep the mood light during a long shift. It is a lot of responsibility handling these materials, but we have been at it for a long time. We just try to keep things moving smoothly without causing too much fuss.
