We are located in Paunikar Galli, right in Ward No-2 over here in Khaperkheda. It is a small space but we managed to fit a lot of equipment and spare parts inside. Most days are spent looking at screens or taking apart CPUs to see why they stopped working. The lane can get a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a struggle for people coming by, but we make it work. We handle both sales and repairs, though the repair side of things usually keeps us much busier. It seems like someone’s laptop is always acting up or a printer is jamming. We started this because there wasn't much help for tech stuff in this specific part of Khaperkheda. People come in with all sorts of problems, some easy to fix and some that take a few days because we have to wait for a part to arrive. We have a few workbenches set up in the back where the soldering and heavy work happens. It’s dusty work sometimes, despite our best efforts to keep the fans going. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, fix what is broken, and help people pick out a new mouse or keyboard if they need one. That is pretty much how things go for us every day in the galli. We have been at it for a while.
