We have a couple of rooms where we manage the cement accounts and coordination. Hanuman Nagar is a decent neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the town, the rickshaws, and people talking. We don't have a big neon sign outside. It’s more of a place where people know where to find us. We keep things simple. There are chairs, a few tables, and stacks of ledgers. We spend our time talking to dealers and making sure the supplies are moving. It’s a lot of manual work and phone calls. We aren't using fancy software for everything; sometimes a notebook is better. The office feels like a home because it basically is one. We take off our shoes sometimes and just get to work. It’s an honest way to run things. No one is trying to be a big boss here. We just represent ACC in this part of Bihar. We’ve been in this house for years and it works for us.
