We are located down on Station Road in Ward No- 4, over in Lailakh Mamalkha. Being so close to the railway station means there is always a lot of movement around the agency. You can hear the trains pulling in and out all day long, and the whistle becomes a sound you just get used to after a week of working here. Our agency is a straightforward place. We have the cement bags stacked high in the back, and we spend a lot of our time loading them onto small tempos or cycle carts for people in the village. It’s a practical setup. We don't have any flashy signs or air-conditioned rooms. Just a fan in the corner and a wooden bench for anyone waiting on a delivery. The dust from the station road settles on everything, so we are always wiping down the table. Most of our customers are folks from around the ward who are building a new room or fixing up a roof before the rains come. We talk to the neighbors, share some tea, and keep the business moving. It’s a busy spot because of the station, but we like the energy of it. Dealing with cement is heavy work, but it's honest. We open up the shutters early in the morning before the first big train arrives and stay until the evening rush dies down. It's just a regular local shop doing what we can to help people build their homes.
