Our office is located at number 46 on Jeet Koyri Lane. It's in Patel Nagar, not too far from the Loco Railway Colony in Bhagalpur. Most people call this area Mirjanhat or Musaidpur. It’s a quiet enough spot until the trains start moving nearby. We handle a lot of the infrastructure stuff around here. Sai-Vihar Infratech is just a local name, really. We spend a lot of time dealing with laborers and making sure the supplies like cement and sand arrive at the right sites. It’s a lot of coordination work. Sometimes the rain in Bhagalpur messes up the schedule, especially near the railway colony where the ground gets soft. We just deal with it as it comes. It's not a corporate setup with suits and ties. Usually, you’ll find us in dusty clothes or looking at some paperwork on a wooden table. We started this because there was a need for local builders who actually show up. Our neighbor runs a small shop nearby, and we get our tea from there most days. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and while it's tough work, it keeps us busy. The lane is a bit narrow, so parking a big truck is always a headache. We try to be helpful to the people living around us. It's just a regular business trying to make things work in the city.
