Royal Gayatri Infrastructure is out in Bhagalpur, specifically in the Sabour area. Our office is at number 96, which is Geeta Devi’s place. Sabour is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually prefer for doing our work. Being in Bhagalpur, we are surrounded by a lot of history and the silk industry, though our work is strictly about infrastructure and construction. We handle a lot of the ground-level stuff that goes into building up the local area. It involves a lot of time spent outdoors, looking at plots of land and talking to engineers. The weather here can be quite tough, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy, but we keep pushing through. We don't have a polished corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our files and meet with the foremen. Most of the people working here are local, so we know the neighborhood and the people around Sabour pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we started and make sure the infrastructure is built properly. A typical day for us involves checking on the supply of bricks and sand, and making sure the trucks arrive on time. It is straightforward work, often tiring, but it feels good to see something actually get built from the ground up in our hometown. We just keep our heads down and work.
