Richit Engicon is our small engineering firm. We deal with a lot of the local building needs here in the Bhagalpur district. It’s mostly practical work, nothing too flashy or high-tech. Our team is small, just a few engineers and some site supervisors. We spend more time in the dust and sun than we do in our office. The office itself is just a regular room with some desks, old files, and a fan that clicks. We started this because we saw a lot of projects in the area that needed a local touch. Being near the colony makes it easy for people to find us. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We try to be honest about how long things take, even if it's not what people want to hear. Building things in Bihar has its own set of challenges, from getting the right sand to dealing with the frequent power cuts. We've learned to adapt over the years. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the houses and structures we work on are safe and done right. It's a steady life and we're grateful for the work we get.
