It is not a very big company. It is just a few of us sitting around a couple of desks with maps and blueprints. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting different sites and talking to the people who work there. Choti Khanzarpur is a crowded area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to folks who are interested in development. Sometimes projects take a long time to get started because of all the paperwork involved. We just try to be patient and keep things moving. It is a practical business. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers, just solid projects that make sense for Bhagalpur. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around the tower.
