We started Gmark City Development & Constructions India Private Limited here in Zeromile. Our office is located at Prema Sinha’s place in Chanakya Vihar. It is not a big fancy office, just a simple workspace where we get things done every day. We focus on building projects around this part of town and most of us are locals who know these streets well. We do not do big ads or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the sign on the street. Building things takes a lot of time and patience, and that is what we try to put into the work. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of the schedule, but we keep going regardless. It is just a small group of people trying to make a living and help people get their houses or shops built properly. We have been around for a bit now and seen how the area has changed over the years. It is good to be a part of that change. If you are looking for us, we are right there in Chanakya Vihar. The neighbors know where Prema Sinha’s house is, so it is pretty easy to find. We usually have someone at the desk during the day. We deal with the materials and the workers ourselves, which is a lot of running around. We are just a regular construction outfit trying to do right by people.
