Binda Constech & Services Private Limited is situated in Bhagalpur, specifically in the Jawari Pur area near Tilkamanjhi. We operate out of Rakesh Kumar’s place at House Number 49A on Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road. Bhagalpur is known for a lot of things, and we are just one of the local businesses trying to make a living here. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we keep our files, talk to the contractors, and drink our chai. The streets around Tilkamanjhi can get quite loud, but we don't mind the energy of the city. We spend our days looking at maps of the district and figuring out where the next load of bricks needs to go. There are a lot of challenges in this line of work, like the heat in the summer or finding skilled workers when everyone is busy. We just take it one day at a time. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a list of things to get done before the sun goes down. Most of us have been in construction for years, so we’ve seen it all. We are practical people who prefer to let the finished buildings speak for themselves rather than talking ourselves up. It’s just us, working hard in Bhagalpur, trying to keep the projects moving forward without too much extra fuss.
