Abhishila Developers Private Limited

Abhishila Developers operates out of the Shila Vivah Bhawan building in the Tilkamanjhi area of Bhagalpur. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood, so we are easy to find. We decided to set up here because it’s central and we’ve lived in Bhagalpur most of our lives. We do development work, mostly focusing on residential buildings and small commercial spaces. The office isn't anything special, just a few desks and some chairs where we meet with clients and contractors. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local authorities and getting all the right permits in place, which can be a slow process. Construction in Bhagalpur has its ups and downs, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of projects going at once. We prefer to take on one or two things and really stick with them until they are finished. Our workers are mostly local people who need the work and know the area. We don't have a polished corporate image because that’s just not who we are. We wear work boots and carry measuring tapes. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over drawings or arguing about the price of cement. It’s a real business run by real people who just want to see Bhagalpur grow in a sensible way. We take it one brick at a time and try to keep our clients updated. Sometimes people stop by just for advice on their own small home repairs.
