L&T Ltd Ecc Div

Our division is set up in Bhadrak, Orissa. We are located at Mig-4 in the Gabasahi Housing Colony. It is a fairly standard residential colony, which actually makes it a nice place to work from. We are part of the ECC Div of L&T Ltd. Working in Orissa has its challenges, especially when the monsoon season hits and everything gets soaked, but we have a solid roof over us here. The office is pretty simple. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of project binders. We don't really do the whole "corporate culture" thing. Most of the people here are more comfortable in their work boots than in a suit. We spend our mornings coordinating the crews and our afternoons filing reports. It is a steady cycle that keeps us busy. The 756100 area is where we spend most of our time. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just need a functional space to make sure the construction projects stay on track. If you come by Gabasahi, you’ll see our small sign, but otherwise, we blend right into the neighborhood. We focus on the practical side of the engineering business. It’s hard work, and sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going. That’s just life at our Bhadrak branch.
