We are located in the Kuansha area of Bhadrak. It’s a well-known part of the town, and our office is right there among the local houses and small shops. It’s a very local feel, nothing like those tall office towers in the big metros. We have a few rooms where we keep all our equipment and documents. It can get quite lively outside during the market days, but inside we just focus on what needs to be done. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just have a small corner for water and some snacks we bring ourselves. The walls are painted a simple color, and we have calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in our registers. It’s a very traditional way of working, but it’s what we are used to. Bhadrak is a place where people know their neighbors, and it’s the same for us at the office. We often see the same faces passing by every day. We don't try to sound like a big fancy company because we are just people working in a local office. It’s honest work, and we take it one day at a time. The heat in the summer can be a lot, but we have our fans going and we just keep moving forward with our tasks.
