Soft Iq Solution is based out of Bhadrak, specifically at Plot No-155 in Kheranga, Chandabali. It is a bit different from being in the big city like Bhubaneswar. We are more in a local town setting here in Orissa. Our office is a simple one. We handle tech and software things from this small spot. Being in Bhadrak means we know most of our neighbors. It’s a quieter life compared to the big tech hubs, but we like it that way. We have a few computers set up and we spend our time working on various digital solutions for people. It’s just a handful of us here. We started this because we wanted to do this kind of work without having to move away from home. The office can get a little warm in the summer, but we make do with some fans. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions. We just want to do a good job on the tasks we get. People in Chandabali know where we are if they need anything. We’ve got our routine. Morning tea, a lot of typing, and maybe a walk around Kheranga when we need a break. It's a modest operation. We don't put much stock in being fancy. We just focus on the screens and getting the logic right. It feels good to be a local business here in the 756131 area. We aren't looking to conquer the world, just to provide for our families and do some interesting work.
