We aren't trying to be some big city firm with a polished reception desk and coffee machines. We just have our desks, our paperwork, and the engineering work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. Getting things delivered out to the Ertal post office can sometimes take a bit longer than we’d like, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of Orissa. You get used to the rhythm of the place. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the local community knows where to find us. It’s a simple operation where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big marketing team. It’s just us, working out of a small office in the district, trying to stay on top of the projects we have on our plate.
