Ks Mallick Construction Private Limited is based out of Tentulia, which is in the Bhadrak area. Our office is at Plot No.76, right at Shri Jagannath Mallick’s place near the Mandari post office. Working in a rural area like this means we are very involved with the local community. We are a construction team, but we don't have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. We just operate out of the plot and spend most of our time out on the various sites where the actual building happens. It’s a very hands-on job, and you’ll usually find us covered in a bit of dust or mud from the work. We don't have any polished slogans or marketing material. We are just builders who know the land and know how to put a building together. The pace in Bhadrak is different from the big cities, and we appreciate the direct way of doing things here. Most of our work comes from word of mouth because people in Tentulia know who we are. We don't need to be flashy to get our point across. We just focus on doing a decent job and being reliable for the people who hire us. We’ve been at this address for a long time and we are just a simple, local business trying to do honest construction work every day.
