We operate out of Jajpur in Orissa, which is a place with a lot of history and heart. Our setup is pretty simple, located right here in the local area. We handle different aspects of the group's business, which involves a lot of daily management and making sure things are running where they should be. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, especially when things get busy during the peak seasons. We’ve got a small team that knows the ropes and just gets on with it. The office is a practical space where we meet and talk about what needs doing next. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy brochures. We'd rather just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. Dealing with local requirements and making sure the day-to-day operations are smooth takes up most of our time. Sometimes the weather makes things interesting, but we manage. Jajpur is a good place to be based, and we feel connected to the people around here. It’s a lot of honest work and trying to make sure the business stays on track. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local group doing our part in the community. It’s been a journey getting everything established, and we just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure each task is finished before we head home for the night.
