We are located in Acharya Nagar, right in the heart of Bhadrak. Our office is part of Ward No. 09 under the municipal corporation here. It is a strictly local operation, and we know this whole district like the back of our hands. We focus on housing projects because people in this town always need a decent place to stay as the area continues to grow. We do not have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just a practical, simple space where we can meet up and talk about land and different buildings. Bhadrak is a busy place these days, and we are just trying to contribute a little bit to how the town looks and feels. There is a lot of walking involved in this job, mostly checking on the different plots and making sure the construction crews are doing what they are supposed to be doing. We have to deal with all the local regulations and the paperwork that comes with the municipality, which can be a bit slow and frustrating sometimes. We just have to be patient and keep pushing things forward every single day. We started this whole thing because we saw how things were being built and figured we could do it too. It is mostly about managing the resources and making sure the money goes where it is meant to go. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just building homes for people in our own community and making sure the roofs don't leak.
