Adaran Technology Consulting Llp is based at Nayak Nivas, which is House No: 418/7. We are in a village called Dolasahi. It is a bit out of the way compared to the big cities, but we like it that way. We are c/o Prasanna Nayak and Prativa Nayak at this address. Working from a village like Dolasahi gives us a lot of peace that you just can't find in a place like Bhubaneswar or Cuttack. Our office isn't a separate building with a glass front. It is part of a house, which makes the whole atmosphere feel very personal and down-to-earth. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It is just a small group of us doing technology consulting. People might find it odd to have this kind of business in a village, but we have everything we need right here. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just believe in doing a good day's work and being fair with the people we deal with. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and that is just the way we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest consulting firm in the country. We just want to provide for ourselves and do work that we are proud of. It is a simple life and a simple business, and that is exactly how we intended it to be when we started.
