Our group is called Bhadohi Dairy Farmers Producer Companylimited. We are based out of House Number 333 in the Aurai area of Bhadohi. The post office nearby is Girdbaragaon. We started this because a bunch of us dairy farmers needed a way to work together instead of trying to do everything alone. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a lobby, just a house where we manage the business side of the dairy collective. Most of the time, we are out with the cows or at the milk collection points checking the weights. Dealing with milk means early mornings and no days off, even on holidays. That’s just the life of a dairy farmer. We handle the logistics of getting the milk from the small farms to where it needs to go in the city. Sometimes the cooling equipment acts up or the transport truck is late, and those are the days when things get really stressful for everyone. We aren't professional writers or marketing people, just folks who know about cattle and milk production. We keep our records in the small office at Aurai. It’s a practical setup for us. We talk to the local farmers every single day. It's about making sure everyone gets a fair deal for their hard work. The Girdbaragaon area is mostly farmland and small villages. We like it that way. If you come by House 333, you'll probably see a few of us sitting around discussing the latest feed prices or milk fat counts over a cup of tea.
