Suratganj is where we operate, specifically at Khasra No 54. Ram Kishor owns the place. Being in a rural spot works out well for making animal feed. Space for storing raw grain is plentiful here. Local farmers provide most of our supplies directly. You won't find corporate offices or fancy desks in our building. A warehouse and a small corner for the ledger are all we need. Most of our time is spent out in the yard. The sun gets quite hot in the middle of the day. Our workers come from the nearby village and have been with us for years. Formal meetings aren't really our thing. Usually, we just talk about the day's work while we're moving bags. Sanchar is the name, which to us is about staying in touch with the farmers. We need to know what their cattle are needing as the seasons change. Keeping the feed dry during the monsoon is a major headache. A small leak in the roof can ruin everything in a night.
