People usually find us here on Thana Road because we've been in Kothi Bazar for quite a bit now. It is a busy spot, especially in the evenings when the market gets crowded. Tech India isn't some fancy glass building you see in the movies. It is just a regular place where we keep a lot of spare parts and tools scattered around. Sometimes the fans make too much noise, but we get the work done. I remember when we first opened, there wasn't much around here, but now everything has changed. We spend most of our mornings just sorting through inventory and answering the phone. It’s mostly locals who drop by, usually someone with a broken screen or a laptop that won't start up. We don't have a big reception area, so you might end up standing near the desk while we take a look at your stuff. Kothi Bazar has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of it. We try to keep things simple. If something is broken and we can fix it, we tell you. If it's trash, we say that too. There is no point in dragging things out. Most days are long, but seeing someone's face light up when their old computer works again makes it okay. We usually close up when the street lights come on and the traffic starts to die down a little. It’s just how we do things here.
