Ak Infotech

Ak Infotech is based on MG Road. Since MG Road is such a major part of the city, there is always a lot of noise and people walking by our door. We have a small office where we deal with all kinds of computer and technology issues. It is not a shiny, high-tech lab. It is more of a workshop with tools, spare parts, and cables everywhere. We spend most of our time at our workbenches trying to fix things that have stopped working. People from all over the area bring their devices to us because we are in such a central location. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and tell us what the problem is. Some days are very busy and we have a lot of repairs stacked up. Other days we might just be helping someone figure out how to use a new piece of software. We have been on MG Road for quite a while and we have seen a lot of changes in the tech world. We just try to keep up with it as best as we can. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just explain things in plain English. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets frustrating when a fix doesn't work right away. But we just keep at it until the job is done. Day in and day out, we are here on the main road, seeing faces from the neighborhood and keeping their gear in good shape.
